A Stark Reminder of the Far-Reaching Impact of Impaired Driving

McKenzie Lake Lawyer Judith Hull is honoured to represent the Devine family in this 2020 horrific drunk driving collision which took the life of 35-year-old Cindy Devine. ‘So many people have been impacted by Cindy’s unnecessary and tragic death,’ says Hull.

The civil suit brought on behalf of the family, by Judith Hull, is against not only the drunk driver, but also the tavern and as-yet-unidentified servers, where it is understood the driver was drinking prior to getting behind the wheel.  According to MADD Canada, every day, on average, 4 Canadians are killed, and 175 are injured in impairment-related crashes (MADD).
