GM has recalled more than 25 million vehicles in North America for various safety defects affecting a number of its makes and models: the “ignition switch defect” chief among them.
Class actions have been commenced on behalf of all current and former owners and lessees of Affected Vehicles (see below) impacted by these various safety defects.
