Biography

Ryan understands that going through a separation is an emotionally trying time in a person’s life. He is committed to guiding his clients through the family law process with compassion and patience, whether that be through litigation or alternate dispute resolution.  

Ryan holds a B.A. and M.A. in the humanities from Queen’s University. After graduating from Queen’s in 2015, Ryan worked as a program lead in the non-profit sector before deciding to pursue a career in law.

At Western Law, he was academically focused on family law, children’s law, and alternate dispute resolution. While attending law school, Ryan volunteered with Community Legal Services, the Family Law Project, and participated in numerous advocacy and negotiation contests. Ryan was the Family Law Project Coordinator during his final year at Western Law where he had the opportunity to assist London community members who could not access private legal counsel.

Ryan is active in the community and volunteers his time to local arts and non-profit organizations. In his free time, he enjoys long-distance running, hiking, and reading.
