Adelaide Earl-Kinley and Zoe Rajwani Join McKenzie Lake as Associates 

We are glad to welcome Adelaide Earl-Kinley and Zoe Rajwani to the firm. Adelaide is a lawyer in our Guelph, Ontario office and Zoe is a lawyer in our London, Ontario office.

Adelaide Earl-Kinley 

Adelaide is committed to understanding the unique circumstances of each client, and providing tailored, responsive services. As an associate lawyer in the commercial litigation group. She maintains a broad practice and assists with a variety of matters including contract, construction, and property disputes. She also maintains an expanding labour and employment practice.

Adelaide received her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, with a double major in Health Studies and Equity Studies. She earned her JD at Dalhousie University. As a law student, she interned at a major research hospital in Toronto where she developed educational legal resources for patients and staff. She also completed a placement with Legal Aid’s Youth Justice division in Halifax where she conducted legal research in support of court submissions. 

Zoe Rajwani 

The combination of Zoe’s legal clinic experience and accounting background makes them well equipped to help clients navigate the complexities of tax law, while providing effective service adapted to clients’ needs. As an associate lawyer in the tax group with a practice focused on tax litigation, Zoe assists clients dealing with tax disputes at all levels of government. They also represent CPA Plan on behalf of Chartered Professional Accountants in professional liability matters across Canada.

Zoe received their Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree with an Honours Specialization in Accounting from Western University. They earned their JD from the University of Windsor. As a law student, they participated in the community through Legal Assistance of Windsor, the Canadian Centre for Housing Rights, and the Trans ID Clinic (through Pro Bono Students Canada).
