Partner, Michael Peerless, was recently interviewed by Law Times regarding the range and scope of class actions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Noting the extensive range of cases emerging out of this global health crisis—everything from cases against nursing homes and private schools to cases brought against the government of China for allegedly hiding data—Michael stressed the need for collaboration amongst plaintiff lawyers.
