Covid-19 Office Protocols

As the federal and provincial governments continue to update public health measures to fight Covid-19, our firm continues to adapt to provide seamless service during this challenging time. Our physical offices have reopened in order to allow staff and lawyers to support our clients. Health and safety remains our top priority.


Our Reception hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.


All visits MUST be by appointment only.  Please call our office and book an appointment. Virtual meetings continue  to be encouraged.


Paperwork is to be completed by each client electronically where possible and forwarded to our office at least 1-day prior to your appointment.  This is to decrease touch points within the office.


Any clients who have COVID symptoms or have tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days will not be booked at this time.  If you have symptoms or if you are sick please re-schedule your appointment to a later date to keep our staff and other clients safe.

All clients and visitors will need to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire upon arrival to our reception area.


All staff and lawyers are outfitted with appropriate PPE.  Clients are required to wear a mask or face shield to their appointment.  Protective face coverings will be available for those that do not bring one to their appointment.


We have enhanced our already vigorous disinfection protocol.  All client touch points are disinfected after each encounter.  Hands will require immediate disinfection upon arrival to our offices.  Sanitation is available as soon as you exit the elevators.


Two meters between lawyers, staff and clients will be observed while in the office.
