Franchise Times Names Melissa Won a “Legal Eagle”

Melissa Won, a partner and member of our Franchise and Intellectual Property group, has been named a “Legal Eagle” by Franchise Times.

Franchise Times is a North American print and online publication that serves as an important resource for franchisors, franchisees and industry participants.  Each year, Franchise Times identifies the top franchise lawyers in Canada and the United States and publishes the list in its April edition. 

Since beginning her legal career in 2011, Melissa’s practice has focused exclusively on franchise law.  Melissa acts for franchisors across an array of industries and at all stages of system development, from emergent franchisors embarking on franchising to mature franchisors considering international expansion.  Melissa prides herself on providing practical and strategic advice in an effort to make franchising an accessible and navigable business expansion model for clients.
