I like to level the playing field. Without class action legislation, many of my clients would not receive justice.
When someone is wronged by a large corporation, they often feel hopeless in facing such a powerful adversary. I take great pride in guiding people through this process towards the resolution of their claim, helping them to move forward with their lives.
I offer my clients a depth of experience and a track record of success in many types of class actions. Since 2003, I have worked on some of the leading Canadian class actions, particularly pharmaceutical and medical device cases. As someone whose focus is exclusively on class actions, I speak at provincial bar association events and law society programs, and at other conferences around the world.
For me, London has always been home. I was born and raised here before completing my undergraduate degree and law degree at Western University. Outside of the office I’ve enjoyed participating in some unique events such as the Rock, Paper, Scissors World Championship in Toronto and the Crokinole World Championship in Tavistock.
