Settlement Reached in 3.0L Volkswagen Class Action

McKenize Lake Partner Sabrina Lombardi  is pleased to announce that a settlement agreement has been reached in respect of the 3.0L VW vehicles Class Action.  The settlement must be approved by the Court in both Ontario and Quebec before it has effect.  If the 3.0L settlement is approved, VW has agreed to offer the following benefits to eligible owners and lessees of approximately 20,000 affected 3.0L diesel vehicles.
