Court of Appeal Ruling On Limitation Period Significant
A recent decision in the case Winmill v. Woodstock (Police Services Board), where McKenzie Lake lawyer Kevin Egan represented the plaintiff and appellant, focuses on the limitation period for an excessive force claim against the police.
