Formation of the London Young Practitioner Chapter of the Canadian Tax Foundation

We are pleased to announce the formation of the London Young Practitioner Chapter of the Canadian Tax Foundation. Join us at our inaugural event on June 23^rd hosted at McKenzie Lake Lawyers London Office. 

Tax Lawyer Graham Morton will be discussing McNeeley v Canada, 2021 FCA 218, which addresses the use of trusts in corporate reorganizations.
