Biography
A Master of Law from Cambridge has prepared me well for the challenges of tax law.
Graham represents taxpayers before the CRA, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the superior courts of various provinces.
Graham’s practice focuses on tax litigation, including acting as repair counsel in professional liability matters across Canada.
Graham graduated from Leicester University in the top 10% of all law graduates in England and Wales. He then went on to Cambridge University to complete a Master of Law.
Graham understands that tax litigation requires working with his clients to navigate complex issues that have a real impact on their lives and businesses. His approach is to provide his clients with the most effective, and least disruptive, services possible.
Outside of the office Graham enjoys hiking, running, and any kind of water sport.
