Biography

“I take a compassionate approach to guide clients through the legal complexities of estate planning and estate administration.”

Aitana Robinson is a lawyer in the firm’s Wills and Estates group where her practice focuses on estate planning and estate administration. She brings a thoughtful and client‑centered approach to her work, recognizing that planning for the future or administering a loved one’s estate can be complex and emotionally challenging.

Aitana assists clients with a range of estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney. By working closely with clients and understanding their individual circumstances, she develops estate plans that protect their interests and provide peace of mind for the future.

Aitana understands the responsibilities placed on executors and the challenges that can arise during the estate administration process, particularly during periods of grief. This empathy is the foundation of how she guides her clients through the legal complexities of the administration of a loved one’s estate.

Before beginning her legal career, Aitana worked in a retirement home, where she gained valuable experience supporting individuals living with memory loss. This role provided insight into the realities families face when managing issues of capacity, care, and decision‑making, and it inspired her to pursue a career in wills and estates law.

Aitana was a Division I swimmer at Seton Hall University in New Jersey, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She later returned to London to complete her Master’s degree at Western University’s Faculty of Information and Media Studies and later, her JD at Western Law.

Aitana is a lifelong Londoner who is actively involved in the London animal rescue community. You can often find her on spending time with her cat, Wynnie, at the Pilates studio or watching local wildlife.
