In Memoriam Edward Lindsey Elwood L.L. B 1945 – 2016

It is with great sadness that we announce that our friend and partner, Lindsey Elwood passed away on July 22, 2016.

Lindsey had a long and distinguished professional career as a lawyer and an equally impressive commitment outside of the office with various organizations and community initiatives. Lindsey served as Chancellor and solicitor for the Diocese of Huron, past Chair of the London Downtown Business Association and the Director and past President of the London Hunt and Country Club. Lindsey was a past instructor with the Law Society of Upper Canada and sat on various corporate boards for public and private companies. The proud recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal, his impact and commitment will be felt by many.

Lindsey was a true gentleman to work with and well respected in his field as evidenced by the long list of clients and colleagues.

He will be greatly missed by the Partners, Associates and staff at McKenzie Lake Lawyers and our condolences go out to his wife, Barbara, his two sons, Christopher and David and their families.
