Canadian Franchise Law – A Practical Guide

This updated edition contains amendments to Canadian franchise legislation, updates to case law and enhanced commentary on basic franchise documentation. The first edition spent several weeks atop the publisher’s best-selling list, and this edition promises to reflect significant enhancements from the earlier version.

The book is intended for franchisors and prospective franchisors and deals with the legal and business issues that they face, as they enter into, maintain and in some instances, end franchise relationships.
