GM Fuel Mileage Misrepresentation
This class action relates to restatements in advertised fuel efficiency with respect to all 2016 Chevrolet Traverse, 2016 Buick Enclave or 2016 GMC Acadia vehicles, as per General Motors May 13, 2016, notification to dealerships within the United States and Canada.

Claim packages have been mailed to all Class Members. PLEASE NOTE: CLASS MEMBERS DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING UNLESS THEY WOULD LIKE THE VOUCHER FOR A $2,000 CREDIT ON THE PURCHASE OF ANY NEW GM VEHICLE. OTHERWISE, CLASS MEMBERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE MAILED THEIR SETTLEMENT FUNDS.

Update – July 8, 2019
We are pleased to announce that a settlement has been reached in this matter.
The settlement applies to all residents of Canada who purchased or leased new model year 2016 Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave or GMC Acadia vehicles in Canada with incorrect EnerGuide fuel economy ratings who did not participate in the voluntary compensation program previously offered by the Defendants.
The Court will hold a settlement approval hearing on August 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at 80 Dundas Street, London, Ontario to consider whether or not approve the settlement.
