Cell Phone Repair
This action was brought on behalf of all residents of Canada who are current or former Cell Phone Repair franchisees who are/were required to pay royalty fees, National Advertising Fund fees and technology fees in American dollars to MMI-CPR, LLC and Assurant, Inc. The allegation is that Franchisees did not receive the support and programs they had contracted for in exchange for these payments.
