Nathan Hwee brings extensive legal experience to residential, commercial, and real estate financing transactions. His practice encompasses all facets of real estate law, including complex residential and commercial purchases and sales, refinancing, multi-unit properties, land severances, commercial leasing, and strategic contract negotiation.

Known for a client-centered, results-driven approach, Nathan provides tailored counsel aligned with each client’s specific objectives. He prioritizes responsive, clear communication, ensuring complex legal framework and transaction risks are translated into plain, actionable advice.

Nathan earned his law degree from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. Beyond his practice, he maintains a strong commitment to community involvement, having served as a Special Olympics coach and as a board member for a local children’s sports charity.

Away from the office, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys playing golf, baseball, and beach volleyball, and is a passionate supporter of the Blue Jays, Maple Leafs, Bills, and Raptors.
