Caitlin is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group, working out of both the London and Guelph offices.
Her practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including contract & property disputes, fraud, mortgage enforcement, and construction litigation.
As a first-generation student, Caitlin understands how inaccessible the legal system can feel. She is committed to providing clear, practical advice and breaking down complex legal processes into approachable, digestible steps for her clients.
Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph, with a minor in Philosophy. During her undergraduate studies, she received an award for her honours thesis, which examined the societal perceptions of Indigenous peoples following the discovery of mass unmarked graves at Canadian residential schools, through discourse on Twitter. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario, where she participated in various moot competitions that sparked her interest in litigation and advocacy.
Caitlin grew up in a small town just outside of Ottawa, Ontario. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys visiting family and friends back home, reading, and spending time outdoors on walks or runs.
