Apple HST
This action was brought on behalf of all residents of Canada who participated in the Apple Trade In Program by providing Apple Canada Inc. with an Eligible Used Apple Device manufactured, sold or distributed by Apple Canada Inc. in exchange for credit to be used immediately for the purchase of a New Apple Device or in the form of an Apple Store Gift Card to be used to purchased a New Apple Device. The allegation is that Apple did not provide customers credit for the value of the GST on their trade-in device.
