I'm passionate about the performing arts. The years I spent involved in dance and theatre have taught me to think creatively which allows me to achieve innovative solutions for my clients.
I have spent over 10 years as a real estate and business lawyer with experience in the purchase and sale of real property, land development, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial leasing. I enjoy advising clients on business matters and corporate reorganizations.
I've also assisted commercial developers in converting apartment buildings into condominiums. Despite the risks and barriers, many apartment owners feel that upon conversion they are left with many benefits including tax savings, flexibility in selling and financing individual units, increased market value and equity retrieval. The end result is often improved housing for the tenants and long-term profits for the owner – a win/win.
Outside of the office I will be found chasing after my two kids and hitting the gym and golf course.
