New Managing Partner and Associate Managing Partner to lead the Firm

Effective December 1, 2017, John McNair steps down after serving three years as Managing Partner.  John will remain as a partner of the firm and continue his practice in Workplace Investigations and Commercial Litigation.

Mavis Butkus has been selected as the new Managing Partner.  Mavis is a senior partner with the Commercial Litigation group and the first female lawyer to be named Managing Partner at McKenzie Lake Lawyers.

A new position of Associate Managing Partner has been created in recognition of the firm’s recent growth and expansion.  Jim Elsley will take on that role.  Jim is a partner with the Business and Real Estate group.
