Alexander brings significant experience in commercial litigation, with practice areas including construction litigation, fraud litigation, mortgage enforcement, shareholder disputes, oppression remedy claims, breach of contract, property law, bankruptcy and receivership, and enforcement of judgments. He has successfully litigated complex matters — including multimillion‑dollar fraud cases, Mareva and preservation orders, oppression‑claim settlements, and high-stakes commercial leasing and construction disputes — securing favourable outcomes for clients in trial and at every stage of dispute resolution.
