David Foster Joins McKenzie Lake’s Commercial Litigation Team

McKenzie Lake is pleased to extend a warm welcome to new associate David Foster. David practices as a commercial litigator and is a member of the firm’s workplace and institutional investigations team. David has significant experience in labour and employment, having previously served as a senior advisor to the federal Minister of Labour. David relies on his practical knowledge of the statutory, regulatory, and public policy-making process to help his clients navigate the complex and ever-changing legal landscape.

David graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Health Studies. He earned his J.D. from the University of Calgary and was called to the bar in Ontario. He’s an avid runner and biker and enjoys exploring the roads and trails of London.
