Alexander Verrilli Joins McKenzie Lake as an Associate

McKenzie Lake is pleased to welcome Alexander Verrilli as an associate in our Guelph, Ontario office. Alexander is an experienced commercial litigator with a focus on construction, contracts, property, and shareholder disputes. 

Some of his wins include a lengthy commercial leasing trial, realtor commission arbitration, and relief from forfeiture application for a commercial landlord. He brings years of experience from a national firm, plus a decade of negotiating with global pharmaceutical companies on behalf of a major international research institution.

Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree with honours in Criminology and earned his J.D. from University of Ottawa in 2018. While at law school he mooted and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada’s tax litigation team where his team successfully resolved two appeals before the Tax Court of Canada. 

Alexander will work in the Guelph office and looks forward to connecting with colleagues across the firm.
