Ray Kanani

Biography

Ray Kanani is an associate in the firm’s business and real estate groups. His practice focuses on private company mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and related financings, corporate reorganizations, and other types of corporate and commercial transactions. Ray also has experience advising on land development projects.

Clients of all sizes rely on Ray to guide them through each step of their business, from formation, through day-to-day corporate governance, and eventually to exit planning.

Prior to becoming an associate, Ray worked as a summer student and completed his articles at the firm. In his spare time, Ray can be found shooting way over par on the golf course and enjoying movies that are so bad that…they’re actually kind of good.
