“I grew up in a small business family, so I understand that businesses are more than just contracts and financial statements. Building a strong relationship with my clients allows me to really understand their business goals and to help them successfully navigate through complex legal matters.”
Lauren is an associate in the firm’s business and real estate groups. She provides her clients with a broad range of legal services, from drafting commercial contracts, such as leases and shareholder agreements, to advising on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and secured lending transactions.
Whether she is advising a local start-up company or a national financial institution, Lauren is dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience. Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys learning new board games, attempting DIY projects and chasing her kids around the house.
