Doug joined the McKenzie Lake team in February 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Doug helps provide timely and accurate financial reporting for the firm and supports business decision-making with financial insights, always with the goal of enhancing the experience of the firm’s clients.
Doug’s previous work experience helped shape his collaborative approach at work. Teamwork is a critical part of overcoming challenges and making the right decisions during complex situations.
Most of Doug’s personal time is dedicated to hanging out with his two grandsons, working on house renovation projects for his kids, and spending time at his family cottage in Killarney, Ontario.
