Adam is a civil and commercial litigator. His practice includes complex commercial disputes, employment issues, professional disciplinary hearings, construction liens, mechanics liens, property, contract, and estate disputes, commercial tenancy issues, human rights claims, and bankruptcy and insolvency.
Adam understands that every case is different, and the resolution of each case depends on the circumstances giving rise to the dispute and the parties involved. Adam works closely with his clients to develop a plan of action that will assist them to achieve the best results.
Adam graduated from the University of Windsor and Detroit Mercy Law Schools in 2019. He also has a Master of Arts and Honours B.A. in history. Attention to detail, critical thinking, hard work, listening carefully, and looking at issues from different perspectives are deeply ingrained in Adam.
Navigating legal processes can be a daunting task for anyone, especially for those without legal training. Adam’s involvement with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Criminal Law Clinic taught him the importance of effective oral and written advocacy, and the barriers that might otherwise prevent litigants from obtaining the relief they deserve. Adam is a strong advocate for his clients.
When not at the office, Adam enjoys staying active and can usually be found running, swimming, and travelling. You might also find Adam watching sports including basketball and hockey.
