Kyle Hampson
Based in the firm’s Guelph office, Kyle Hampson brings over a decade of experience to the partnership. He has built a strong reputation for providing practical, client-focused legal advice in both real estate and business law. Kyle’s practice includes advising clients on the acquisition and sale of real estate, financing transactions, leasing matters, and complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate financing.

Kyle is actively involved in the Guelph community and has held leadership roles such as Past-Chair of the Guelph Chamber of Commerce. His commitment to fostering relationships in the business community is reflected in his approach to law. His practice areas include agri-business, business law and financial services, and real estate law.

Michael J.P. Henley
Also based in Guelph, Michael Henley is an experienced business and real estate lawyer. With a background in banking and the pharmaceutical industry, Michael brings a wealth of practical experience to his legal practice. He regularly advises clients on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, succession planning, and bank financing. His work also spans commercial real estate transactions, providing clients with strategic guidance in both business and real estate law.

In addition to his business law expertise, Michael is a Certified Agricultural Farm Advisor with the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors. His extensive knowledge of the agricultural industry allows him to assist family-owned farms with succession planning and other legal matters specific to the sector. Michael’s practice areas include business law and financial services, and real estate law.

Erin A. Fisher
Located in the firm’s London office, Erin Fisher is a highly skilled family law lawyer with a focus on providing thoughtful, strategic solutions for her clients. Erin has been practicing exclusively in family law since her call to the bar in 2011 and has developed a reputation for her creative approach to resolving complex family law issues. Her expertise spans a wide range of family law matters, including custody and access, property division, adoption, and complex tax issues related to family trusts and farm operations.

Erin is deeply committed to helping families navigate challenging circumstances, utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration when appropriate. She is also an active member of various professional organizations, including The Advocates Society. Her practice areas include family law, adoption, child custody and access, spousal support, and mediation and arbitration.
