I believe an office environment should reflect the outlook of the individuals within its walls. As part of the firm's design team I worked to ensure that the choices we made in creating our current offices reflect both the firm's traditional roots and our progressive, modern approach to the practice of law in our community.
Effective December 1, 2017, I was honoured to be selected as Managing Partner of the Firm.
I practice commercial litigation and commercial leasing. In my litigation practice I assist clients in the resolution of commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, construction claims and in the defence of professional liability claims. In addition to representing clients in court, I assist clients in alternative dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration
I am also the author and editor of the 6th edition of
Williams & Rhodes Canadian Law of Landlord and Tenant, and the Annotated Ontario Landlord and Tenant Statutes, which has been published annually since 1997.
Please contact me to discuss commercial dispute resolution including commercial leasing, contract and construction disputes.
