Ashley Caldwell Joins McKenzie Lake as an Associate

Join us in welcoming Ashley Caldwell to the business and franchise law departments at McKenzie Lake Lawyers.  

With a focus on franchising, licensing and distribution, Ashley serves as counsel to franchisors and franchisees on a number of matters, from the purchase and sale of franchised businesses to the resolution of franchise disputes. Ashley also advises on a number of corporate commercial matters. She takes pride in establishing strong relationships with her clients through open communication and an understanding of each client’s unique business needs.

Ashley graduated from Queen’s University with a B.A. Honours in Sociology and earned her J.D. from the University of Windsor. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys cheering for the Detroit Lions and spending time with her friends and family.
