Sam McColl is an associate in the Family Law group at McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP. Never losing sight of the big picture, Sam provides strategic advice in all aspects of family law that is carefully tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
Sam works closely with his colleagues to deliver results-oriented advice and representation, being equally comfortable litigating matters in court as he is with navigating alternative dispute resolution processes. His approach is client-centric, ensuring that your matter is handled with the care, sensitivity and attention it deserves.
Sam began his legal career with a large, leading international law firm in New York City, practicing as a corporate securities lawyer for several years. He credits his time in NYC with solidifying his appreciation for the intersection of business, finance and the law, as well as his commitment to thoughtful and efficient client service.
Born and raised in London, Ontario, Sam returned to his hometown and completed his Articles with McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP in 2021.
In his spare time, Sam enjoys playing guitar, collecting vinyl records and maintaining his (un)wavering pledge of allegiance to the Toronto Maple Leafs.
