Biography

“As an entrepreneur I recognize that each client has unique needs. My goal is to exceed my clients’ expectations by developing and maintaining relationships founded in trust, integrity, and open communication leading to efficient and effective results.”

Nassim Give’s practice areas include Business and Corporate Law, with a particular interest in Information Technology Law, and Real Estate.

Throughout her experience Nassim has assisted a variety of corporate clients with start-up companies, re-organizations, share and asset acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, to more complex business transactions, real estate transactions, and assisted information technology clients with all their contractual needs such as, Master Service Provider Agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLA), Software Development Agreements and License Agreements.

Prior to joining McKenzie Lake, Nassim ran her own practice as a sole practitioner based out of Guelph. Coming from an entrepreneurial background, she understands that the key to any successful business is building meaningful connections. With her innate entrepreneurial spirit, she thrives to help businesses and start-up companies achieve their goals.

Before calling Guelph home, Nassim grew up in Richmond-Hill, but quickly fell in love with her husband’s hometown and immersed herself in the Guelph community. Currently serving on the board of directors of Innovation Guelph, a non-profit-organization helping Guelph businesses see their true potential. Nassim has also worked as in-house counsel for a multi-billion-dollar Guelph based real estate company as a corporate and commercial lawyer.

Preceding this experience, she managed a private practice in Toronto, where her focus was on residential real estate and wills and estate planning. Shortly after being called to the Ontario Bar and hired as an associate lawyer, Nassim was appointed managing lawyer, as a result of her hard work, dedication, and outstanding service to her clients.

Outside the world of law, Nassim enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and trying new culinary experiences. Nassim is also bilingual, speaking fluently in both English and Farsi.
