Katharine E. Creighton is an associate lawyer with McKenzie Lake’s Personal Injury Law Practice Group. Her practice focuses on helping those who have suffered a personal injury or been wrongfully denied benefits.
Katharine helps her clients navigate through the often-unfamiliar legal system, providing sound and concise legal advice. She strives to provide her clients with all the information they need to make fully informed decisions regarding their legal matters.
Native to London, Ontario, Katharine is proud to be a fourth-generation Londoner. She graduated with Distinction from the University of Guelph and completed her Juris Doctor at the University of New Brunswick, where she received both the New Brunswick Law Foundation Entrance Scholarship and the Hart Green Scholarship.
Outside of her practice, Katharine is committed to active involvement in the London community. She sits on the board of directors of a local non-for-profit, is an active member of various law associations, and participates in local fundraising campaigns.
Katharine enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
Effective July 1, 2021 – My maximum contingency fee rate for most personal injury cases is 30% except for medical/dental/professional malpractice cases which would have a maximum rate of 40%
