Biography
“My background has allowed me to understand and appreciate the importance of preserving the past and planning for the future. My goal is to help each client do so in a way that best reflects their wishes and prioritizes what is important to them.”
Jillian Berry practices as part of the Wills, Estates and Trusts practice group and advises on all matters of estate planning and administration including trusts and powers of attorney. Jillian’s practice ranges from modest estates to corporate and agricultural estates.
Jillian enjoys being able to assist clients with, what is often, the most difficult time of their and their families’ lives. She is able to use her legal expertise and altruistic personality to relieve some of the stress that accompanies estate planning and administration and bring clients and their families peace of mind.
Jillian attended Lakehead University for her undergraduate studies as well as law school where she completed a practice placement as part of Lakehead’s Integrated Practice Curriculum. Following her call to the bar in 2019, Jillian practiced for three years at a busy London-based law firm in Wills, Estates, and Trusts Law.
Outside of the office, Jillian enjoys baking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
