McKenzie Lake represents various First Nations and First Nations entities. The mandates we have been asked to assist First Nations about cover a broad range of issues. We regularly are engaged with respect to economic development and business opportunities, and the regular governance of the First Nation regarding infrastructure issues of water, sewage and housing. We have also negotiated settlements regarding land and treaty claims, additions to reserve (ATR), benefits and incentive agreements (BIA) and consultations. We have particular experience regarding First Nation policing, and are frequently retained by First Nation police services as a prosecutor in police discipline charges.
