Becky earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree Psychology (with distinction) from the University of Western Ontario in 2003. In 2006 she earned her LLB from the University of Windsor. Becky was called to the Bar in 2007. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Middlesex Law Association.
Becky specializes in business law, real estate and land development. After serving as a summer law student with the firm in 2005, Becky articled at McKenzie Lake from 2006 to 2007. She has experience with the sale and purchase of real property, converting multi-family residential apartment buildings to condominium units, commercial mortgages transactions and project financing. She also has experience with commercial leasing, municipal approvals for severance and zoning amendments, and closing project-based transactions for public infrastructure.
Outside of her legal practice, Becky serves as the chair of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of London and Area special events committee. She loves golf and live theatre.
After enjoying success on stage as a competitive tap dancer, Becky has now moved to the legal stage where she has shown a similar level of dexterity.
