Graduating from law school at The University of Western Ontario in 1977, Victor was called to the Bar in 1979, and has consistently served the London community specializing in family law.
A member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Middlesex Law Association, and the Middlesex Family Law Association, Victor was a panel member for the Office of the Children's Lawyer for 14 years and represented children in court proceedings. He is the past president of the Middlesex Family Law Association, and is a former member of the Joint Community Liaison and Resource Committee for the Family Court at London. Victor is involved as a presenter in many continuing legal education programs.
Victor is very involved with the community, especially in supporting diabetes research and treatment. He is a past president of the London branch of the Canadian Diabetes Association and a past member of the board of directors for the Ontario division of the Canadian Diabetes Association. Victor has also been a member of the Rotary Club of London.
