David obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 2001 from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Middlesex Law Association.
Practicing in various segments of business and real estate law, David has significant experience in the areas of secured debt financing, commercial mortgage lending, syndicated lending and public infrastructure projects, as well as the purchase and sale of business and real estate interests. David also advises healthcare and other professionals in the areas of professional incorporation, partnerships, cost-sharing arrangements and other business matters.
