Called to the Bar in 1984, Stuart specializes in commercial and civil litigation. He is a member of the Middlesex Law Association, Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, an organization dedicated to improving the abilities, status, and effectiveness of subrogation and recovery professionals.
His reputation in the courtroom is rivaled only by his status in the community. In addition to earning the Canada 125 commemorative medal for efforts towards the community and Canada, Stuart has received the 10-year service award for Big Brothers of Canada, an organization for whom he has served the local chapter as president. He is also active in youth athletics, including coaching the 1992 Norwest Select Boys (under-14 competitive league) to an unbeaten season.
Outside of the office, Stuart enjoys spending time with his family, running, and the self-professed handyman is a DIY enthusiast.
