A savvy law technician, Sandra crafts compelling solutions for complex legal situations; solutions that have a sense of purpose, resolve and foresight for lasting durability.

A Partner with the firm, Sandra's style is to lead, with a work ethic that illustrates her farming community roots and values. Sandra has registered more than 50 condominium projects in five years in cities across Southwestern Ontario. She has championed an internet - based commercial real estate closing protocol, adapting and evolving it into a highly effective and efficient tool for clients and lawyers.

Her solutions and style have earned her the respect of both clients and the legal community. Sandra is frequently called upon to advise condominium corporations on issues and compliance with the Condominium Act of Ontario and has taught classes at Brescia University College and Fanshawe College in Business and Real Estate law. Sandra also actively participates in a number of community and professional groups including the London Estate Planners Council and a local tax group. Continual learning makes certain her advice and solutions remain relevant and contemporary. Her dynamic, proactive and technical approach ensures her clients' life and business interests are safe and secure.

When not safeguarding clients' Real Estate or Estate portfolios Sandra can be found in the great outdoors, enjoying cottage and family life.
