Professional Experience and Activities
Holden Rhodes’ primary areas of practice include business law and real estate law. These areas include institutional financing, corporate restructuring, secured transactions, expropriation work, commercial, agricultural and residential real estate. Holden also practices estate/succession planning.
Holden has been actively involved in the community including:
- Taught corporate and real estate law at Fanshawe College
- Past Board Member of the Main Street Working Committee dedicated to the revitalization of downtown London
- Past Board Member of the London Home Builder's Association
- Past Board Member of the Pathways Skill Development and Placement Centre.
- Holden is the chair of the Articling Committee at McKenzie Lake.
- A Board member of the Advisory Board of the Business Law Clinic at the University of Western Ontario's law school.
