Victor is a partner of McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP and is a member of the management committee.
He restricts his practice to family law.
Victor has been involved in the community including:
- For 14 years Victor served as a member of the Childrens' Lawyer Panel regarding the representation of children in Court proceedings.
- He has lectured in family law continuing education seminars.
- Past president and legal advisor of the Canadian Diabetes Association, London Branch, and a past member of the Board of Directors (Ontario Division) of the Canadian Diabetes Association.
- A member of the Middlesex Family Lawyer's Association (President, 1994-96)
- Past member of the Liaison Committee and Resource Committee for Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Family Court, in London.
