Michael is a partner of McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP and is a member of the management committee. He has extensive experience in all areas of real estate development, corporate and commercial law, and business and franchise law, with a focus on commercial financing and commercial real estate.
Michael has been active in various organizations including:
- Lectured at York University, Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, the Ontario Bar Admission Course and the Canadian Bar Association Annual Institute.
- Previously local Chair of the Canadian Bar Association, Real Estate Section.
- Past President of the Beaver Valley Ski Club.
