Lindsey Elwood regularly acts for small and medium sizes companies in the areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and mortgage transfers. Lindsey has extensive experience acting on all facets of real estate transactions as well as estate planning and trust transactions.
He has acted for a national newspaper and media corporation.
