Professional Experience and Activities

Kevin’s broad range of practice brings him a wealth of experience. Kevin acts on Civil Litigation matters in the Ontario Superior and Divisional Courts and the Federal Court of Canada. He acts on Criminal and Provincial Offences matters before the Ontario Court of Justice. In addition, on Administrative Law matters, his caseload takes him before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Labour Board, the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Human Rights Commission, the Licence Appeal Tribunal and numerous other Boards and Tribunals.

Kevin has been an active participant in the London community and has served on the boards of several local charities including:

• Founding director of London Safe Communities a non-profit corporation committed to reducing injury in the community.
• While at the The University of Western Ontario, Kevin assisted in teaching the Legal Research and Writing component of the law program. He currently acts as a tutorial leader in the Litigation Practice course at Western Law School.
• Member of the Board of Directors of the Fanshawe College Alumni Association.
