Mr. Brian T. Daly is certified as a specialist by the Law Society of Upper Canada in the field of Civil Litigation and represents businesses in several industries assisting them in the resolution of disputes with third parties and within their business. He has assisted in resolving partnership and shareholder disputes and has assisted in resolving labour and employment complaints and court proceedings. Mr. Daly has represented business regarding complaints arising from the enterprise carried on, including complaints of product liability, trade disputes, defamation and other misstatements and sexual abuse.
