Professional Experience and Activities
Cézanne is an associate in McKenzie Lake LLP's Employment and Labour Group, specializing in WSIB claims management for employers and occupational health and safety. She acts for employers, constructors, and supervisors charged with contraventions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and represents employers in all areas of claims management and appeals under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. Cézanne's work in management side WSIB law regularly saves individual companies hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation costs while helping them to manage their risks in employment law matters and reduce their liabilities in occupational health and safety.
Cézanne also brings her 13 years of teaching experience at the University of Windsor into her specialized in-house training courses for employers:

- Drugs and Alcohol in the workplace (4.0 hours)
- Preventing Harassment and Violence in the workplace (4.0 hours)

Service to the Community
Cézanne is committed to assisting vulnerable individuals in achieving access to justice. To that end, she will gladly receive calls from organizations who assist women, children and seniors (consent and capacity issues) and also vulnerable workers who may be subjected to exploitation and abuse. She has many years experience in the field of violence prevention and is currently preparing a program called "Hard Targets" which aims to protect children, not from strangers, but from people they know.
