Professional Experience and Activities
David practises in the areas business law and real estate law with a focus on debt financing and commercial mortgage transactions. David also has experience with syndicated lending, asset-based lending and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
David regularly acts for major Canadian financial institutions on secured financing transactions.
Prior to joining McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP in 2004, David articled and practised as an associate with the corporate financial services department of a national law firm based in Toronto, Ontario.
